Whether you’ve struggled with depression your whole life or are just going through something right now that needs attention, I’m here for you. Maybe something happened to you when you were young or last year or last month. I have a variety of techniques (many in the form of questions) and there’s something for everyone. You choose what you wish to address and when. We only address items you are interested in addressing.
I have extensive experience as a Bereavement Facilitator and have trained numerous volunteers to facilitate bereavement groups for children and adults.

While some people may schedule an appointment to deal with one burning issue, most people find in helpful to have 4-6 sessions to address a variety of topics. There is no set session length. The session ends when you’re feeling better and know you’ve accomplished something. Average session length is 90 minutes.
