Paradigm shifts, breakthroughs, aha moments … I love them all!
If you need some clarity, relief, or to get unstuck perhaps, in some area of your life, I’d love to assist you. Below you will find a sample of some of the things we can address.
I have been seeing clients from my home office, at Fresh Air Dogs in Guilford, since 2010.
Starting April, 2017, I will also be providing Life Coaching services at Northern Reflections in Sebec, by appointment. I also see clients via Skype, Facebook Messenger and phone.
Contact me to schedule an initial complimentary consultation.
The time is now, let’s do this!

Whether you’ve struggled with depression your whole life or are just going through something right now that needs attention, I’m here for you. Maybe something happened to you when you were young or last year or last month. It doesn’t matter when, what matters is that you have a safe space to explore it fully and release the negative charge you are feeling.
Here are a few of the topics we can address:
- Alcohol Abuse
- Body Image
- Coping Skills
- Eating Disorders
- Family Conflict
- Peer Relationships
- Self Esteem
- Sexual Abuse
- Substance Abuse
- Traumatic Incidents
- Weight Loss
I do not offer therapy or counseling (referrals are made when appropriate).
I have a variety of techniques (many in the form of questions) and there’s something for everyone. You choose what you wish to address and when. We only address items you are interested in addressing.
I have extensive experience as a Bereavement Facilitator and have trained numerous volunteers to facilitate bereavement groups for children and adults.
Please call if you have any questions or wish to schedule an appointment.
While some people may schedule an appointment to deal with one burning issue, most people find in helpful to have 4-6 sessions to address a variety of topics. There is no set session length. The session ends when you’re feeling better and know you’ve accomplished something. Average session length is 90 minutes.
